COVID-19 What Marlin James Air Conditioning & Heating is Doing

To all of our valuable Red’s Club family members: 

In light of the current worldwide situation with COVID-19, we find ourselves in unknown territory. We want to make certain we are both following the guidelines of the government and providing service to our customers. Effective today we will be providing emergency services only inside your home or business. This is for the welfare of our customers and technicians. In such cases that our technicians are in your home, they will be practicing safety guidelines as set forth by the CDC. That being said, regular maintenances will be postponed until further notice. We will work with each of you to extend your Red’s Club agreement to make certain all services due under the agreement are performed. 

Commercial maintenance that is able to be performed on rooftop units where no contact with the customer is needed will continue to be performed as normal. 

We are working extremely hard to provide safe services to all of you. With everyone working together we can get through these trying times. If you have any questions, please call Debbie at 813-689-0817 option 2 or Scott at ext 7003.

We have begun working our routine maintenance Red’s Club member’s cleanings now.
We have taken extensive steps with our technicians including:

  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Shoe Booties
  • Gloves
  • Face Masks
  • Staying a Safe Distance Away
